1. Scoring and Decision-Making Criteria: Applications will be evaluated based on creativity, how well music is integrated into classroom or learning activities, and the impact on student engagement. A review committee will make all decisions, which are final and not subject to appeal.
2. Eligibility Requirements: The grant is open to Pre-K through 5th-grade teachers and educators who use music creatively in their classrooms or education practices. Applicants must be teaching or an educator at a public, private, charter, or home school within the United States.
3. Grant Usage:Grant funds must be used for classroom projects that enhance literacy, math, or incorporate more music into teaching practices. Funds cannot be used for personal expenses or unrelated activities. Grant recipients may be asked to provide documentation on how the funds were spent to ensure compliance with these guidelines.
4. Deadline and Late Applications: All applications must be submitted through the provided Google Form by December 13, 2024, at 11:59 PM (PST). Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
5. Privacy and Data Usage: Personal information collected through this grant application will only be used for the purpose of reviewing and awarding grants. By submitting an application, you agree to be contacted in the future about your participation or for follow-up questions. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
6. Disclaimer for Changes: Coyco reserves the right to modify or cancel the grant process, criteria, or award distribution at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or at the discretion of the organizing committee.
